VCH, PHC, PHSA and FH staff are eligible to participate in Microsoft’s Software Assurance Home Use Program (HUP). This program enables you to get a single licensed copy of Microsoft® Office 2016 to install and use on your home computer.
Important:
-Software is purchased via Microsoft website (cost is around $13)
-You can only log in to the website via your Health Authority email address
-Access to software for download is immediate after credit card payment
-A DVD backup can be requested (cost is around $19)
-Ensure you select the right version for you (PC/Mac) prior to confirming purchase (software is not interchangeable)
–Office Professional Plus 2016 (for PC computers) includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, Publisher & Skype for Business. System requirement: Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10.
–Office Home and Business 2016 (for MAC computers) includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & OneNote. System requirement: Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10) or later.
-No other Microsoft products are included within this Home User Program.
